Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Product information

We try to describe and show products accurately. Some images are illustrations. Colors, brightness and detail can look different in person, and personalized items vary with the photo you provide.

Your photos and content

When you upload a photo or text, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You give us permission to use it only to make and deliver your order. We won't publish it without your permission. We may decline content that is unlawful, hateful or infringing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Use electrical products as instructed and keep plugs and controllers dry.
