Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Here is how returns work for each product.

Arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered

Email us at highkillzk@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.

Pixel curtain lights: changed your mind

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at highkillzk@gmail.com and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the return arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. If you return one curtain from a discounted bundle, the refund is the price you actually paid for that curtain after the discount.

Personalized crystal photos and necklaces

Crystal photos and necklaces are made from your photo, so they can't be resold and are not returnable for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you.

Not eligible

Items damaged after delivery, and returns sent without contacting us first.

Norrow Care 1-year warranty (optional add-on)

Every order is covered for defects for 30 days. If you add Norrow Care at checkout, that cover extends to 1 year from delivery for every item in the order. If an item stops working with normal use, email us a photo or short video and we ship a free replacement. You do not need to send the faulty item back. Norrow Care does not cover accidental damage, misuse or loss.

Package protection (optional add-on)

Items damaged in transit are always replaced free, with or without protection. If you add package protection, we also cover orders the carrier loses and orders stolen after they are marked delivered. Tell us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will reship or refund the order, your choice. Package protection and Norrow Care are refundable until your order ships.
